Undergraduate Admission
Regular entry to a Bachelor degree programme at Kopaline University requires a minimum Credit of at least 5 'O'Levels that includes English and any other four subjects at undergraduate is required.
The entry requirements for admission to Bachelor degree programmes include:
i. Grade 12/ High School Leaving Certificate with an aggregate score of 60 or “C” or “Credit”, or equivalent.
ii. Applicants with a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant area may be considered for credit transfer
iii. Applicants with at least 2 years post-secondary relevant experience may be considered for entry
iv. Recognized proof of English proficiency for international students
v. Up to date CV this however is not required for direct entry school leavers.
vi. Copy of Passport of National Registration Card In addition to a strong academic record the University considers, extra-curricular activities, leadership skills and other relevant background information in its selection process.
International students need to produce a valid national identity that proves their illegibility to learn in Zambia. They are expected to complete an assessment to demonstrate their ability to write and speak English. All foreign nations will be expected to pay international fees which are different from home fees. They will need to provide a minimum of 5GCSE or 4 CSE that are compatible with Zambian assessment criteria above.
The entry requirements for admission to postgraduate Master’s programmes include:- an accredited Bachelor degree or international equivalent. Related professional qualifications at the appropriate level will also be considered for entry.- Students with an accredited Master’s degree will also be considered for entry.- HND holders with good, relevant work experience (post-graduation) , may also be considered for entry.- For Foreign students a recognized proof of English proficiency if the Bachelor degree was not taught in the English language.- Personal Statement of Statement of Purpose (minimum 500 words)- An up to date CV- An official Recommendation Letter (Academic or Professional)The University will take interest in candidates with not only a strong academic record, but proven record of extra-curricular activities, leadership skills and other relevant background information.
Eligibility of exemptions is predicated upon satisfactory evidence of having completed particular modules under similar assessment with the university. All exemptions attract a fee that has to be settled before the board of studies can consider approving the exemptions. All exemptions are at the discretion of the guidelines provided by Kopaline University and conclusions made by the board of studies.

You need to first complete the application process and receive a provisional acceptance for you to apply for student Aid programs. Once you are provisionally admitted to Kopaline, we will work closely with you and your family to ensure you can afford to attend Kopaline University whether on campus or Online.

Appeals for student aid can are processed a month before program commencement. The decision of the Student Aid Committee is final.
